GU Multipoint Door Lock – 2 Pin Bolt – Product description:
Multipoint door locks are extremely common. Found in PVC, aluminium and timber doors. GU multipoint locks are probably the most common manufacturer found in doors in Ireland.
This GU multipoint door lock features 2 pin bolts, 1 deadbolt and 1 latch. The pins act as anti-lift locks preventing the door from being lifted. The unique tapered shape of pins gives compression of the door to the draught seal, as well as the security benefits of a dead bolt.
The latch can easily be reversed to suit different door handing. Simply remove the allen screw in the centre of the latch, reverse the latch and refit the screw
This multipoint door lock can work in either lever / lever operation via a solid 8mm spindle or in lever / pad operation with an 8mm split spindle.

To Unlock: Turn the key in the cylinder anti-clockwise. Push down on the lever of the door handle to disengage the multipoint locks and open the door
